FINAL PAYMENT FOR ENTRY FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWN ON 10/14/2023, IF ONLY DEPOSIT WAS PAID DURING INITIAL REGISTRATION. 

IF REGISTERED AFTER 10/14/2023, FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

ALL teams must be ready to play 6am Friday morning 1/12/2024. 

Final championship games on Monday to finish by 4pm on 1/15/2024.

This is a Stay-to-Play tournament.  Please see "Hotels" tab for Traveling Teams link. We do not offer a buy-out option on the stay to play requirement.

ANY TEAMS THAT HAVE NOT MADE FINAL PAYMENT BY 10/30/2023  WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE TOURNAMENT

To be considered for a tournament entry spot both the registration and deposit fee must be submitted.

No team will be accepted until official USA Hockey roster or Hockey Canada roster is received.  For Canadian, New Mexico, Colorado, and any other state that requires, submission of the team travel permit is also required.

Refund Policy:
$500 of any deposit or entry fee submitted is non-refundable upon receipt. All monies received are non-refundable if a team cancels after acceptance to tournament. 100% refunds will be made to teams involved in divisions that do not fill. Affected teams will be contacted a minimum of 30 days prior to the tournament start date and refunds will be issued promptly. 

Teams are not accepted based on the following.

1. Divisions are full

2. Official roster not received

3. Travel permit not received

4. Prior problem with team from previous years

Teams must bring their own pucks for warm ups.

Players equipment will be per USA Hockey for US player and per Hockey Canada for Canadian players per the USA Hockey and Hockey Canada agreement.

Rink assignments are based on division sizes, as our rinks vary in size and availability.

Roster Instructions:

When submitting rosters, please make sure to include your team name and division you are registered in the subject line of your email. 

Roster spreadsheets must be submitted in EXCEL format.

All teams are required to provide an official USA Hockey 1-T or Hockey Canada approved roster.
